Hi, since around last week we've had issues with the user interface not loading.
It's caused by batch.js being truncated. The actual error in chrome is:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected end of input
For this URL: https://xxxx/s/d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e/en_UK-uuwu7c-1988229788/6155/2/3/_/download/superbatch/js/batch.js
We've tried the usual. Multiple browsers, clearing caches, multiple machines, etc. The problem persists. It's slowly spreading to more and more user also, so it's becoming a real issue.
What information can I provide that could help get this problem resolved?
I upgraded to the latest version of all the addons and of JIRA but the problem persists.
I've removed plugin cache folders and JIRA cache folders and restarted our installation to no effect.
Any help would be much appreciated.

We managed to get the problem resolved, it was an issue with a proxy server we had sat in front of JIRA. Not JIRA itself.

Hi RDK, this probably won't help you but...we removed the proxy server. Our proxy was only temporary until we could migrate more services to a new hosting infrastructure so we were in the position just to get rid instead of trying to fix the real issue.

Did anyone meanwhile find a solution for this ? We are also having it on both Confluence and JIRA... removing the proxy server is not an option unfortunately.

Can you provide the contents of batch.js ?
Also have you reviewed the JIRA logs for any warning/error messages ?
