Timetracker by Everit Kft - permission problem

We have one user that can not log time to one specific JIRA ticket.  She does not see the "log work" menu item in the ticket and when we try to do it through the Timetracker by Everit Kft UI it says she does not have permissions to the issue.

I don't think this is a plugin problem.  Check the permission scheme for the project - what does it say for "log work" and does she match the rule for that?
