When using the Time to First Response gadget, the smallest increment it displays is an hour.
I'm running a Client Support team and our responses come in minutes (our SLA is 2 hours).
Is it possible to get the gadget to read in minute increments? This is the one chart messing up my Support dashboard, as the values on the bar chart always read as zero.

You can see per-minute metric in the JSD in-project Time metric series report. This report is not yet available in dashboard but there's a feature request you can keep track of: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-222
