The plugin 'com.atlassian.maven.plugins:maven-amps-plugin' does not exist or no valid version could be found

yesterday everything worked fine, and today after I typed atlas-run I get this error message:

I am also getting the same error , deleted .m2/repository/com/atlassian/ but again getting the same error. I deleted the whole repository but that didn't worked too. I am using <amps.version>4.2.2</amps.version> in my pom.xml
