Hi, is there a way I can show the full ticket history in a JIRA Service Desk customer notification email?
I see that JSD allows you to customize the contents of the customer email notifications:

But nothing there suggests a full history option.

Really waiting for this feature! We've tried "Email this issue" add-on, but it doesn't fix the problem. Yes, you can send the complete conversation history in an e-mail, but when the customer replies using e-mail, his message is not added to the conversation. Instead, he has to respond using the portal, but that's not what we want.
