Sender blacklist in JETI (Email this issue plugin)

Tomáš Burda May 31, 2016

Hello.

We are using JIRA version 6.4.12.

Email This Issue Plugin version: 6.3.0.4

I am trying to use sender blacklist option in Configuration section.

I am using just one regex this time.

It was working in past but it stopped working today.

Mail which should not be processed was processed today.

We upgraded JIRA from version 6.3.15 and JETI from 6.2.0.1

week ago. Cannot be there any relations?

Is there some settings which can prevent blacklisting?

Any advices are welcome.

br, Tomas.

Hi,

can you please share your regex and the sender email address? If it worked yesterday but you updated a week ago, then perhaps something else went wrong.

Anything in the log files?

Tibor

Hello.

Is there something special what I should be looking for?

I cannot say on 100% that it was working yesterday because there is possibilty that

there were no mail from blacklisted mail recieved.

Mail: microsoftexchange329e71ec88ae4615bbc36ab6ce41109e@company.com

Regex: microsoftexchange.*

br, TOmas.
