We are looking at implementing JIRA Service desk and was hoping that we might also be able to intergrade provisioning and approval workflows.
Basically what we need to be able to do is provide a list of items (Hardware, Software) that a end user can request, get approval from their manager and then have it go to a admin/supply team for ordering. Once the good have been receipted a ticket would then be raised for each item that needs to be configured for distribution to customers. Intenso adds an add-on which allows this today for JIRA Server. https://intenso.atlassian.net/wiki/display/SPFJSD/Extension+for+JIRA+Service+Desk
