Hi. I'm looking for a tool to manage my team's capabilities. The reason I want to follow this on Jira is, I want to assign my project tasks according to the capabilities of my resources. Say I have an analist resource1 with advance knowledge of Supply Chain Management and another analist resource who is beginner on Accounts Payable. I want to search my resources according to these capabilities and assign the tasks in my task pool to them. I examined Portfolio and Team Planner; but I couldn't find answers there. Can you help me?
