Multiple Errors in Jira Portfolio - "Unspecified error: Client supplied an unsupported method"

Darren McGee March 14, 2016

When trying to do different things in JIRA Portfolio like: Assign a team, change a release to "calculate", or to change an estimate (pretty much anything); we get this error:

Bummer, something has gone terribly wrong here...

Please try refreshing the page. If the issue continues, please copy and paste the information in the Details button below and send to your JIRA Administrator or Atlassian Support.
When I click on the details button, I get this (error in screenshot different from past below):

Basically, JIRA Portfolio is unusable at this time.  We have recently changed the URL and are using a proxy server/load balancer instead of using the direct URL.  We had to implement the change below in order to get JIRA Agile to work again, but it seems to have broken JIRA Portfolio.  Portfolio is broken whether or not we use the direct URL or if we use the load balancer/proxy.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Darren

Hi @Darren McGee, could you please raise a support ticket for this via support.atlassian.com? There is nothing immediate I can make out of the error message, so the tech team will likely have to get back to you with further questions to investigate, this will be easier via a bug ticket. Thanks!
