When I try to access the URL of my JIRA instance's web service like
http://localhost:8080/rpc/soap/jirasoapservice-v2?wsdl
it shows the message like below.
"description The requested resource (/rpc/soap/jirasoapservice-v2) is not available."
The RPC plugin is enabled and so as remote calls to server.
thanks for support.

It showed up.
I had made a mistake in the URL.
it was: http://localhost:8080/jira/rpc......
i had omitted /jira .
thanks
Does http://localhost:8080 work? Sometimes the SOAP RPC gets messed up by an Apache redirect on the machine.
What browser are you using - some fail to display the WSDL and just show a blank screen. Try wget or curl with the same URL.
