Hi, I am using Salesforce CRM I want to integrate salesforce with JIRA.I want to create a case on button click in Salesforce.
I have used the below code for calling API
https://docs.servicerocket.com/display/SFJIRA/Create+Endpoint+-+1.+One-click+JIRA+issue+creation.+2.+Use+Salesforce+Trigger+to+create+JIRA+Issue+automatically
When i have calling the API i am getting "The specified project and issue type does not have a configured mapping" error and also status code as 400 bad request.
Please help i am stuck at this issue for long time 4 days.

Hi Sudeep,
Thanks for using ServiceRocket connector.
As per error message, you should create and configure a connector mapping before calling a REST API.
Please watch this demo videos to learn more how to configure connector: https://docs.servicerocket.com/display/SFJIRA/Videos
Hi Sudeep, You still looking for an answer? I know it is very late. Basically the user you are trying to connect has no permission to access the project you are trying to create the issue.

Hi Sudeep,
The API or documentation that you've reffered is belong to Connector for Salesforce and JIRA. You need to configure a connection and mapping before you can use the Connector RESTful Webservice.
Thanks

Hi Hashimi
Thanks for replying to my question but i don't want to use ServiceRocket connector but use the API to create Cases from Salesforce to JIRA using this Apex class.Click the below link to check.
https://docs.servicerocket.com/display/SFJIRA/Create+Endpoint+-+1.+One-click+JIRA+issue+creation.+2.+Use+Salesforce+Trigger+to+create+JIRA+Issue+automatically

Can you help me how to solve this thing i would really appreciate your help.
