Hi,
We need to consume JIRA REST API for accessing / updating the JIRA issues.
We are following this link: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/oauth-2-jwt-bearer-token-authorization-grant-type/ (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/oauth-2-jwt-bearer-token-authorization-grant-type/)
However we are not sure how to create the JWT for JIRA requests, do we need to create an add-on in our JIRA cloud and perform a Handshake to create JWT OR we can create the JWT without creating an add-on and use it for consuming JIRA REST API.
Do you have any examples for JIRA REST API Consumption using JWT?
Best Regards,
Rachit
