Hi,
I'm trying to develop my own Mail Handler that basically will parse coming email and update couple of custom fields based on the email contents.
However it doesn't seem to be working. The handler doesn't updates the issue at all. Incoming emails are being processed and removed and no errors are thrown, however the corresponding issue is not changed at all.
I even got email notification on the issue update and also can see the update in change log, but the fields to be updated remains intact :(
I've tried invoking both IssueUpdater and IssueManager.updateIssue. The later didn't throw any error, and it also didn't generate change log and email notifications.
Anyone have idea what could I've missed?

It's finally working by using IssueService.update method.
