Is there a way filter/report on last comment?

We tried using the CCC Last Comment Plugin, but not only could we not get it to work, but we would of because of how the plugin was written, have to update everyone of our screens to get it to work. Wondering if there is another plugin out there or a way to get it to work from within JIRA

We are running on JIRA 6.2.4 downloaded

You can view JIRA Comment Toolbox to display last/first comment of user ,group or role member etc.
Wiki, plaintext and jeditor renderer supported for comments and you can export this fields to excel.
