Is it possible to access com.atlassian.bamboo.agent.* methods outside of bamboo server

I am looking to access

com.atlassian.bamboo.agent.* methods outside of bamboo server through loading jar/war files as part of run time process class path?

The final target is to run process which can execute class files to do specific job by importing

com.atlassian.bamboo.agent.* methods

If you're planning to use Bamboo jars/war in your product please consult Atlassian EULA to check if such use is permitted.

From technical point of view I think it would be complicated since Bamboo is not a set of utility methods but a web application that heavily uses Spring and Atlassian plugin system.
