Integrate Crowd with PHP Application

Taqui August 26, 2014

As i am new to development and my requirement is to integrate Crowd with my PHP Application, I am unable to find the best docment on how to do that and i am finding it difficult to start with minimum resourses of knowledge available to me. I have also downloaded https://gist.github.com/AsaAyers/1116177php package for crowd but what i dont seem to understand is how to use it in an application like in my PHP application i can create my own type of authentication class and where i need to override the functions from the parent class but the crowd.php file which i have downloaded dont seem to return anything or i might be wrong about that. What i really need is to start over again by creaeting my own crowd.php which can give me clear idea of what is happening and in fture also i can extend it if i undersand it throughly. I need some help to start. My PHP application is Totara LMS.

Hi Taqui,

I believe that the best way to make this kind of integration is using REST APIs. I think you could include it on your php code to achieve the results that are you looking for. Below you can get some links about it. Furthermore, if you need to look anything about customisation and developing, you can consulting our documentation on developer.atlassian.com

Here is the link that I mentioned before about RESP API:
