Hi,

due to scripted fields which are calculated for 100+ issues at once we get a timeout error ("The call to the JIRA server did not complete within the timeout period. We are unsure of the result of this operation. Close this dialog and press refresh in your browser.") after 60 seconds while performing a workflow postfunction which links these 100+ issues to the current issue (the script itself is done after ~ 5 seconds).

Is there a way the extend the timeout period to more the 60 seconds?

Thanks,
Henning

I am not sure but you should try increasing timeout in the server.xml

Thanks for the hint but unfortunately it doesn't work. We're using the ajp connector and the only timeout value within the server.xml is jotm.timeout. I raised the value from 60 to 120 and restarted the server but the timeout is still happening after 60 seconds.
