How to create Jira issue with rest API (PHP)

How to create Jira issue with rest API that will set the new created customer as the creator of the issue?
and the organization will be set on the organization of the customer?

In Service Desk, you usually work with requests - see https://docs.atlassian.com/jira-servicedesk/REST/cloud/#servicedeskapi/request-createCustomerRequest for the REST calls for that.

I tried submitting the issue thru api and setting the creator as the costumer and the return was error.

[creator] => Field 'creator' cannot be set. It is not on the appropriate screen, or unknown.

the one that I used on the authentication of the api  is the default creator of the issue.. Is there any way we can set the costumer as the creator? 
 

The creator of an issue is the person who creates it.  Not the customer.  JIRA will set it for you.

Also as per the REST API doc, if you're authenticating the REST request as agent, you can set the raiseOnBehalfOf field to set reporter to particular customer
