I have tried for over an hour now to find out where to add scripts that are listed when you add a script runner post function to a jira workflow.

I cant find out how i can locate the folder where i can put custom post-function scripts.

I found out that there are "script roots" i assume thats where i need to put my groovy scipts.
Doc claims a script root folder is created automatically but that is not the case.
Setting the environment variable like this
set JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS% -Dplugin.script.roots=/usr/opt/scripts

didnt help either.

The Adaptavist documentation is not very helpful either.

Thanks in Advance

What is the correct path to host the groovy scripts in ScriptRunner 5.4.12?

Are you sure there is not in one in your JIRA home directory?

Can you provide a directory listing of that directory?

You can also set additional ones using that system property, but it's harder for me to debug why that's not working. I don't even know what file you have added that to.

Well, I agree we are missing some tutorials for beginners.
