We try to improve our feedback management. Our support team creates jira-cases for customers' inquiries. When other customers come with the same case, support team create comment "+1" (We use comments because it is not allowed to vote for issues several times by the same user. Unfortunately). Now, how can I filter cases with e.g. comment count > 10? It seems like JQL does not allow to do this . So sad. Maybe you can suggest us some tricks with API?
