Hello World plugin not able to enable

Hi,

I have developed HelloWorld plugin and successfully able to run through eclipse (atlas-run).  It working fine on Bamboo 5.11 version.  

Now I need to upload that plugin to another production instance ( 5.9) and it is up and running.  How to compile the code and upload to new instance?

you can use atlas-package and then install the artifact as a plugin.
