Getting org.codehaus.jettison.json.JSONException: JSONObject["comment"] not found

I am extracting issues for particular FixVersion . There are about 30 issues there

I am getting

org.codehaus.jettison.json.JSONException: JSONObject["comment"] not found

when I execute

final Issue issue = restClient.getIssueClient().getIssue(issueid, pm);

It happens not for every Issue, but it looks for every Issue modified for example added TimeLogged.

Did you ever get to the bottom of this? I'm seeing this also
