A customer of us wants to edit some pages in some spaces via a simple "form based editor" - we tried customware scaffolding and it is very near of that what our customer wants.
The one exception is that on such pages are 2 textareas where they want to have the RichText Editor of Confluence.
Currently they are using 3.5.13 so it has to work with that version, but i think the solution should not be a complete "Hack" so we can reuse at least some parts of this customization.
So, my questions are:
We appreciate any answers, hints or help on this.
Thanks in advance

There is this Issue already filed for Customwares Scaffolding ( https://greenhouse.customware.net/jira/browse/SCAFF-131?focusedCommentId=22764 ) but it is unresolved since 2 years.
They are currently working on a Confluence 4.x compatible version of their Scaffolding plugin, so maybe this gets resolved in that version.
It is also possible to alter the wiki editor to show a form instead of the default editor. BUT you would have to listen on the javascript on the submit event of the form of the editor and built the right POST request so that confluence saves it correctly. In this case you would also have to parse the page and load the values correctly in the form. We have tried and gave up after 1 1/2 days because this approach brought a shitload of problems. So really, do not do it!
