Enable a Stash merge check hook by default

Is it possible to enable my merge check hook by default? Rather than the admin having to go in and enable it for each repo?

Hi Annie,

This isn't currently possible. I'd recommend voting on and adding your feedback to STASH-3382.

If you're implementing the merge check yourself, you could work around the problem by implementing a global merge check rather than a repository-specific one.
