Hi Pushkar,
You can use /result/{projectKey}-{buildKey}-{buildNumber : ([0-9]+)|(latest) for this (i.e. fetch a specific build result or the latest one). You'll receive XML back, which does contain the URL for artifacts. Details can be found in the API reference.
