Add-ons that officially support Bitbucket Server (formerly Stash) Data Center are marked with a resp. 'Data Center' tag in the marketplace, see for example Awesome Graphs for Bitbucket Server.

The Protect Branch Delete add-on does not officially support Data Center yet accordingly. That being said, it might still work, but that's for the add-on vendor to answer (I've added the resp. Marketplace tag to your question so that it hopefully gets their attention).
