Well, as the title says. I'm pretty sure Bitbucket has no intention of "stealing" code that is on bitbucket, but where in the terms of service or else is it mentionned that I remain the owner of the code I post on bitbucket?

Yes, your code is your own. Section 7.4 of the user agreement covers this:
You will retain all right, title and interest in and to Your Data in the form provided to Atlassian.

Sorry to jump into this thread but I was looking over the customer-agreement and was not able to find the ownership section.
I understand this was answered back in 2016, so not sure if things have changed since then?
