Displaying information on a calendar view?

Hi,

Is there any gadget for JIRA where we can display a calendar but on the calendar there must be specific information, such as "Staff on leave, Staff standby roster, etc"?

Or maybe display a excel speadsheet on the dashboard?

Suggestions welcome?

We require such a feature to be displayed on a jira dashboard via a gadget?

I have put an Excel speadsheet on a confluence page and shared it on the jira dashboard as a viable solution for the mean time.

And what is "Staff on leave, Staff standby roster, etc"? What information and how is it stored in JIRA?

Well this kind of information is not currently stored in Jira, but could be stored in the Jira database. I guess it would be part of Resource Management for Team Leaders, So they could quickly go onto the team's dashboard and view who is on standby for work allocation and same goes for "Staff on leave", The Team Leader would just go to the team's dashboard and see who is on leave then allocate work else where?
