Custom multi user picker from project Role

I am looking at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/ru.mail.jira.plugins.userpickers

I also found https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.iamhuy.jira.plugin.issue-alternative-assignee but it doesnt support multi-user-picker.

Is it possible for this plugin to limit user choices to the users in that project group? For e.g. We have a custom role called "Committers". Each project has a different set of committers. Is it possible for this field to list Committers for project-A when opening a project-A ticket?
