Custom Priority Icon does not work in IE but in Chrome does

hey,

I've uploaded new Priority Icons and i see it works in Chrome and not on Internet Explorer (version 11).

I've tried clearing cookies, add the site to Compatibility View Settings and added the files as attechment and used the link.

however, still not working on IE.

Any suggestions?

What file format did you use for the icons?

PNG . But I also tried JPEG and it also didn't work ...

Try checking the IE Browser Logs and check what's happening.
