first let me describe my problem:
We have added a custom multiline text field "contact information" to issues. Everything works fine. But now we want the following things:
The system which gets called is our system wide user management system.
The question is:
I know how to write Atlassian plugins but only for backend tasks like user and role synchronisation with external systems.
