Count of issues transitioned between state

I just need to know (for example). Out for the 80 "IN-QA" total tickets, how many were transitioned from "TO-DO"?

Is there an easy way to count the number of issues transitioned from one state to another? I don't need a count of the total issues in the state

Try to use JQL like this: 

status changed from Open to closed
