Configuration in Go2group Jam Plugin

Hi Team,

We are using Go2group Jam Plugin to integrate JIRA with QC, the integration was working as expected with some issues, but the mail issue we are facing as of now is, the integration is working from QC to JIRA, issues are gettign genreted when a defect is created in QC, but the integration is not working from JIRA to QC, when an issue is created in JIRA , there is no defect getting created in QC,

Please find the error message below.

Fail to createrecord for defects

Response Message:internal server error

<QCRestException><ID>qccore.invalid-list-filed-value<ID><Title>Invalid Value

The same configuration is working for another project in JIRA but not for the one which i created today , Kindly let me know the resolution at the earliest.

Verison of JIRA is 6.1.3

Jam Version9.0.45

Developer :Go to Group

QC Version:11.52.536

Patch level :4

The error is because a value can't match the QC select list, so insert from JIRA to QC fails.  You can send me the detailed log info at: hha@go2group.com
