Can I use url to prepopulate Add Worklog page in Everit Timetracker Plugin?

I would like to create hyperlinks from other application to Timestracker plugin in JIRA. Can I use url to prepopulate Add Worklog (e.g. date and issue) form in Everit Timetracker Plugin?
