Bamboo: Prompting for user input at runtime

Our Bamboo plans need to have manual stages where a manager has to give their "OK" before the next stage triggers. So, I'm trying to build a custom task that will prompt the user at runtime to type into a text field either "Appoved" or "Not Approved" within a popup window that would appear when the manual stage is triggered. Bamboo will then take the input and set the Task Result to "success" or "fail" based on the value. How would I get such a popup window to work within a task plugin?
