Automation lite code barrel help on time elapsing then notification

Is it possible to set up notifications based on transitions and time elapsing. 

For example

A user moves a ticket to 'In Progress' with the remaining estimate set as 2 hours, 2 hours elapses and the remaining estimate is still 2 hours, a notification/ comment would be added to the ticket.

Hi Hanna,

This is a little bit tricky to do at the moment. What you really need is a 'delayed' rule execution. We have https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/AUT-100 to track this request already.

For now the only way to implement what you're trying to do is to add a 'Scheduled' trigger that would run a JQL query (say every 30  mins) and look for issues that still have a remaining estimate of 2 hours and not updated in the last 2 hours.  Then add a comment action, to comment on those issues.
