Can I use a csv-file to quickly add a large number of rows to a Confluence page?

Depending on the format of your Confluence page, you may be able to use the runFromCSV and storePage actions of Confluence Command Line Interface (CLI) add-on  to do this.

Alternatively, if the page just contains a table and the CSV file is updated periodically and attached to the page (perhaps using the addAttachment action of the Confluence Command Line Interface (CLI) add-on), then you could use the CSV macro of the Advanced Tables for Confluence add-on within the page to display the contents of the attached CSV file.
