Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
Depending on the format of your Confluence page, you may be able to use the runFromCSV and storePage actions of Confluence Command Line Interface (CLI) add-on to do this.
Alternatively, if the page just contains a table and the CSV file is updated periodically and attached to the page (perhaps using the addAttachment action of the Confluence Command Line Interface (CLI) add-on), then you could use the CSV macro of the Advanced Tables for Confluence add-on within the page to display the contents of the attached CSV file.
