Hi Everyone, I'm an Atlassian Consultant within Orange Business Services. Started my Journey with Agile back in 2015 and now promoting agile mindset and practices using Atlassian products.
After the huge success of agile mindset and frameworks during the past years, the common frameworks are still not very scalable to the level of the enterprise. for example how lead a global transformation with a lot of agile teams.
A new approach is now emerging and dragging a lot of attention, SAFe agile which was developed for that purpose. Atlassian as a leader in the agile tools has introduced a new product "JIRA Align" for SAFe agile practices.
I'm planning to extend my agile knowledge with SAFe agile and perhaps with more applied practices using JIRA Align
Thanks a lot Robert for the precious insight. For sure SCRUM is pretty useful in many implementations like in my team where we deliver JIRA solutions.
For other Corporate Transformation projects, i'm looking forward to see what SAFe can do about it.
I'll keep your advice in mind when i get to know better about SAFe, Thanks again!
Thanks for starting this conversation, @Karim ABO HASHISH Karim. Without necessarily being an expert in the matter myself, we've seen here at Klaxoon a growing interest in SAFe methodologies (PI Planning) from our user base.
I'd be curious to hear if you're using a digital whiteboard to run those sessions? Note that we're working with OBS already (happy to connect you with our users there).
