Velocity Chart isn't showing data

Hello!

I have 2 questions:

1. It seems that our Velocity chart isn't showing data for Sprint 3

What might cause that?

2. Sprint 5 doesn't display any Committed data.

What might cause that?

I realize that I'm not giving much to go on, so please ask questions below.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Rick,

For cases like this, I'd say it is better to raise a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com as it is a very specific problem, and we'll probably need to see your logs, backup, etc. I've seen the first problem once, and it turns out there were two Greenhopper .jar files under $JIRA_HOME/plugins/installed-plugins folder, but I'm not sure if that's what is happening in your instance. As for the second problem, we will need to take a look at your data to understand what might be going on.
