Hi all, 

is possible to have one Backlog for many Projects.? Or multiple Backolgs for one project?

You can create boards from jql filters. If you create a board from a jql filter which selects from multiple projects then you will have one backlog for multiple projects. You can create several jql filters which select issues from one projects. In this case you can create multiple boards for one project and have many backlogs for one project.
