Hi Guys? Are there Scrum Masters in here or intended ones to be, that are interested in discussing the success and challenge at work and a way to overcome them?
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Yes, there are lots of us here. The best way to start a conversation here in the community is to ask a question on a topic, a general "hey, want to talk about something?" call doesn't tend to get much response.
there are so many challenges at work.
AGILE
- Understanding the why of agile methods:
Daily, DoR, Refinement, DoD, Review, Retro, Code quality, Testing, etc..
JIRA, CONFLUENCE
- Using and understanding Jira:
Focus on the important things: explain the use of filters / boards / Jira-Confluence integration with macros. Do small coffee talk sessions with your team & ask and show how they can work effectively with Jira. Ask / Tell / Get feedback.
QUALITY IN!
If you put bad quality in - you get bad quality out - Jira is only the tool - use is wisely.
Good story slicing, good backlog management, sustainable pace, creating outcome for the customer at sprint end, etc. are very important.
ONE SOLUTION?
Every team / project is different and needs a solution which fits for them.
E.g. is X or Y the best way? "It depends."
Understand the problem and let´s try it and learn. Create with inspect & adapt a continuous improvement. Blueprints in Confluence can help or the Atlassian Team-playbook.
