Limit the story points for a sprint

Hello, 

We make an advance estimation of how many story points we have for the next sprint. So I would like to be able to set a limit, so that if another issue is added/re-estimated it would somehow alert if it surpasses the available story points.

Is it possible?

I read somewhere about statistic markers but I don't find this option anywhere.
