How do I put other peoples tasks in the 'In Progress' Kanban?

I have now set up a Kanban board for all our issues and I can easly drag and drop my items from the ToDo into the InProgress column.

However as the team leader I want to be able to drag and drop my teams items too. What permissions do I need to set to make this happen?

Hi Kevin,

I am suspecting that this project is not using the GreenHopper Simplified Workflow . Thus, please check in the Transition's Condition if the Team Lead can transit the issue from a status to a different status. This is because, in a JIRA Workflow, typically there is condition set in the workflow Transition. So, only login user that fullfil the condition able to transit the issue(in GreenHopper world equivalent to dragging the issue from a column to a different column).

Yep, was set a Jira instead of Greenhopper simple. Admin has change it and I am now happy!
