How can I quantitatively measure my team's happiness?

I think an anonymous  survey  would help the team freely express themselves.

 Or even mood shouts on a 1 to 10 scale  during team huddles.

Yes, agree. Survey should be anonymous. I especially like the idea of mood shouts. I haven't tried those. Thanks!
