Error message "You must specify a start date for the sprint" appears when trying to complete a sprint.

Jack Holbrook April 24, 2012

When I click the Complete Sprint button to close Sprint 3 and start Sprint 4, I get an error message saying "You must specify a start date for the sprint." This is the 3rd sprint, and I have not had this problem with any of the previous sprints.

I cannot find a place to enter a start date for the sprints. The sprints are entered as versions and there is a place to put in the date for when the version will be ended, but none to show when it begins.

How do I get rid of the error message so I can complete the sprint?

Jack

There is a place indeed while using GH to enter the start date of the sprint in the version view. See the doc at
