Hi @chakroun fatma ,
I'm not familiar with IA Scrum, is that a different "flavor" of Scrum?
In Scrum the product owner is the person responsible for making sure the product has value; they own the features and functionality of the product and ultimately make the decisions on what the product is and how it works.
Here is some more info: https://www.scrum.org/resources/blog/10-tips-product-owners-agile-product-management
If IA Scrum is different I'd love to know; I'm a scrum master so a new flavor of scrum would be great to learn.
