Best way to encourage team to be Agile

Volunteer to champion the thought of being Agile. Conduct presentations. Take time to learn Agile framework like Kanban or Scrum and share the learnt knowledge to the immediate smaller teams at your work because every single drop will fill the ocean in the end.
