Where can I find an up to date tutorial for JIRA premium advanced roadmaps

I am currently in a 1 month trial with JIRA premium advanced roadmaps with a view to using this within our organisation. I could do with a video/documented tutorial for how to get the best out of it ?

If you haven't checked it out already, this is a fairly new addition to the Atlassian University's free tutorial offerings.  It might be a good place to start.
