Looking for inspiration for setting a criteria for what work should be deemed an "epic". I'm thinking if a work item meets 3/4 of this criteria, it should be an epic? Any thoughts on this? What criteria, if any, have you used in the past that's been successful?
- Too large to complete within one sprint
- Aligns with strategic goal(s)
- Involves multiple stakeholders
- Involves multiple application components and/or significant architectural changes
