I have to configure my portfolio like this:
If you have a member on more than one team, then add that individual to all relevant teams and distribute their weekly hours to proportion their effort between teams. Also note that adding team members is not necessary since you can easily plan with team velocity.
But I don't find where I can see the capacity of a member which is distribuited between many projects and also, I don't find where I can change the hours per project of each member.
I did it! Finally I found it! Thank you Raathi. Although now I have another problem. There is a way to see if a team member has more weekly hours than total allowed between projects? And the most important question, can you add a project in a plan when the plan has already created?
